The Electro Acuscope and Myoscope therapy system is two highly effective micro current instruments. The FDA approved instruments are used today in horses for many injuries and conditions. It optimizes performance, accelerates the healing process by at least 50% and is the pain management for acute and chronic conditions.
The instruments are unique to other fixed electrical modalities, because it has a bio feed back system using computer technology. They will generate only the pre-programmed level of electrical current required to normalize the cell activity which are deficient or hyperactive. A certified and experienced therapist can interpret the sounds and digital readings of the bio feed back system to determine the appropriate frequencies and treatment time.
The treatments focus on the neuro muscular system (nervous system), muscular skeleton (soft tissue and muscles) and pain management. Treatments have also been used prior to injury, for an over compensating injury or for a secondary injury. General maintenance treatments are used for the well being of the horse and to prevent the occurrence of unexpected injuries.
The Acuscope and Myoscope are specially calibrated for animals because their levels of cellular activity and metabolic rates are different then humans.
The Acuscope is the main instrument which works as direct access to the central nervous system. It then can access indirect access to treat the muscles, tendons, ligaments and boney areas. The Acuscope opens the pathways to the treatment area thru the central nervous system. This instrument gives the digital readings of the normal and abnormal cells and provides the corrective electrical current that will normalize the damaged or resistant cell.
The Myoscope works in conjunction with the Acuscope. It utilizes direct access to soft and connective tissue. It will enable you to focus on a specific injury or area. It normalizes the electro magnetic field that surrounds all soft and connective tissue.
Remarkable results are usually noticed immediately after treatment, with continued improvement over a period of a minimum three to five day treatment. When it is successful, the horse injury will have been treated for accelerated healing and the management of pain.
